Refund & Return Policy

At The Books Cart, customer satisfaction is very important to us. While we aim to deliver quality products every time, we understand that there may be rare cases where a return or refund is needed. Please carefully read our policy below to understand how refunds and returns are handled.

Faulty or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or faulty item, you are eligible for either a replacement or a full refund. Refunds can be processed via JazzCash, Easypaisa OR Bank Transfer. All claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the product, and the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

No "Change of Mind" Refunds: Please note that we do not offer refunds or returns for orders based on a change of mind. However, if you still wish to return a non-faulty product, you will need to ship the item to our designated warehouse address at your own cost. The return address will be shared with you once your request has been approved by our support team.

Important Reminder: Refunds for non-faulty items are strictly subject to our approval and the product must remain in unused and original condition.
